This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative teacher who is eager to share their enthusiasm for Science and help students develop curiosity, confidence, and strong scientific understanding. The school boasts modern laboratories, interactive learning technology, and a collaborative team of experienced teachers who are committed to delivering engaging, hands-on lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role:

• Full-time, permanent position starting January 2026
• Teach Science across KS3 and KS4
• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and progress
• Support students’ academic development and wellbeing as a class teacher and tutor
• Contribute to the continued success and growth of a high-achieving Science department
• Opportunities for additional leadership responsibilities for the right candidate

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science education
• A reflective practitioner with a desire to continually develop teaching practice
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A team player who contributes positively to the wider school community
