Teacher of Media Studies – Secondary School – Bexley
Location: Bexley
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (Outer London)

Our client, a high-achieving and forward-thinking academy in Bexley, is seeking to appoint a passionate and innovative Teacher of Media Studies to join their Creative Arts and Media faculty from September 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and committed teacher to contribute to a growing subject area that is highly valued by students. The successful candidate will teach Media Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering creative, engaging, and thought-provoking lessons that promote media literacy and critical thinking.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified teacher with QTS/QTLS

  • Have a strong academic background in Media Studies or a related subject

  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and up-to-date understanding of the media landscape

  • Be committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences

  • Possess strong classroom management skills and creative flair

  • Be a team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
