Do you want to start the 2025/26 academic year making a real difference in the classroom? Are you an enthusiastic Maths Teacher who can spark curiosity and build confidence in learners of all abilities? Teaching Personnel is seeking a talented and motivated Teacher of Mathematics to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Farnborough this September.
About the Role
This full-time role involves teaching Maths to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge. You will plan and assess work, maintain high expectations, and contribute to the school’s culture of achievement and respect.
Who we’re looking for:

Qualified Teachers of Maths (QTS/QTLS)
-
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking their first teaching role
-
Unqualified Teachers with strong subject knowledge in mathematics
-
Graduates with a maths-based degree ready to step into education
Responsibilities include:

Creating engaging and differentiated lessons to meet a variety of learning needs

Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback

Promoting a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation

Working collaboratively with the maths department and wider school staff
Requirements:

A degree in Mathematics or related subject (desirable but not essential for unqualified applicants)

Good classroom management skills and a commitment to student success

A passion for making maths accessible and enjoyable

An enhanced child workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
