Teacher of Maths – Secondary Academy – Bradford
Salary: MPS/UPS £31,650 - £49,084 (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025
About the Role:
Our client, a forward-thinking and inclusive academy based in Bradford, is looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Maths to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented teacher to contribute to a thriving Maths department and support students in reaching their full academic potential.
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the ability to adapt to different learning needs and inspire a love of mathematics in all students. This position is suitable for both experienced practitioners and outstanding early career teachers.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across a range of abilities
-
Support student achievement through high expectations and well-planned learning
-
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop resources and improve pedagogy
-
Contribute to whole-school initiatives and attend relevant CPD
-
Maintain strong classroom management and build positive relationships with students
The Ideal Candidate Will:
-
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths
-
Be committed to raising student achievement and engagement
-
Possess strong organisational and communication skills
-
Be reflective, resilient, and a team player
