The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status, having completed the PGCE or SCITT course as a route to QTS, and will have good knowledge of the English KS3 to KS5 Curriculum.

The English Faculty consists of a large and enthusiastic team of teachers from a wide variety of backgrounds and areas of expertise. You will benefit from your own faculty area with a suite of large classrooms, all equipped with data projectors, and a large English faculty office. 

The examination board followed is AQA but are happy to receive applications from English Educators experienced with other specifications. 

You will benefit from:

• Weekly training sessions and staff meetings to ensure effective communication and CPD from Teaching Personnel

• As a member of an established Trust, there is potential to be promoted and/or work across a number of schools in a close geographical area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
