Job Title: Teacher of Drama

Location: Thanet

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: £120.00 to £170.00 per day

Teacher of Drama || Thanet

Teaching Personnel's Kent Branch in Maidstone are currently working with a well established and high achieving school in Thanet who are looking for a teacher of Drama to join them on a full time basis ASAP.

The role will require the successful candidate to teach Drama up to Key Stage 4 and in return, you will have access to excellent facilities which provides students with all the equipment and experience they need in order to have the best opportunities: academic, cultural and sporting.

Rated 'Good' by OFSTED in their last report. You will be working closely with the highly supportive Drama department, maintaining outstanding results and promoting the subject throughout the school.

You will teach KS3 and KS4, engaging and motivating candidates to reach their highest potential. The School:

  • "Good" OFSTED rated school with a fantastic reputation
  • Mixed comprehensive with a strong sixth form

The schools are looking for a candidate who ideally has:

  • Qualifications to work in the UK (QTS, PGCE or NARIC approved)
  • Broad subject knowledge of the Drama Syllabus
  • Proven experience in special educational needs teaching
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in the UK school
