The Head Teacher of a successful Catholic Secondary School is looking for a KS3/4 Computer Science Teacher for the Autumn term initially. There is a permanent position available, should you get on well in school!

The successful candidate will be passionate about their subject, committed to academic excellence and have the ability to motivate, support and enthuse students. You will join an established, successful department with a forward-thinking, dedicated team who achieve excellent results – your input is key to ensuring this trend continues.

The Catholic school is located in the North of Preston in a rural village. The school is highly successful each year, and grows in size, year upon year. Rated by Ofsted as ‘Good’ and is on a journey to be outstanding. The school offers a calm and purposeful learning environment where students can flourish and succeed.

The department is a small, close knit department who share a passion for delivering computer science. Lessons take place in dedicated modern suites which are well resourced with desktop PCs, Macs, air conditioning and interactive white-boards. 

What are we looking for in you?  

To be successful you need to be a Computer Science Teacher who is passionate and knowledgeable about your subject and possesses a passion for your subject.
