Are you a fully qualified Teacher with QTS looking for part-time work?

Teaching Personnel are working with a School in Weymouth that need a Primary Teacher up until the May half-term (has the possibility to extend to the end of the Academic Year.

Position: Primary School Teacher

Key Stages: KS1 Year 2, KS2 Year 6

Location: Weymouth DT4

Rate of Pay: £120 - £160 per day (DOE)

Start Date: 2nd May

About the Role:

  • Working 1 day a week (Thursdays)
  • Hours 8.30 -3.30
  • Teaching Year 2 in the mornings and Year 6 in the afternoon.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to support the academic and social development of students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Enhanced Child Only DBS Certificate (Registered on the Update Service - TP can assist with this)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion and drive to deliver a creative and engaging learning environment.
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
