Are you an experienced SEN teacher?

Do you have a background in SEMH and behaviour management?

New Special Needs Independent School has just opened!

ÂŁ120 a day!

The Role:

  • Teaching KS1 and KS2 to small groups of SEMH pupils
  • prepare lessons and resources
  • mark and assess work
  • develop and adapt conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of pupils
  • use special equipment and facilities, such as audio-visual materials and computers to stimulate interest in learning

The School:

This small independent school is located in Uxbridge (5 minute walk from West Drayton Station). All pupils are diagnosed with SEMH and are prone to behavioural problems. These pupils have been taken in instead of being placed in a PRU and there will be 15 pupils in total at the school by January 2019.

Other Information:

  • The staff eat breakfast and lunch with the pupils on daily basis and there is an onsite Chef who will prepare meals for both the staff and pupils

  • The Facilities include a Sensory room, First Aid Room, Adventure Room, Music Room and Playground

The Requirements:

  • QTS
  • Background in Early Years ( KS1 and KS2)
  • Proven track record (excellent references)
  • Strong behaviour management
