Are you a recent graduate thinking about a career in teaching?

Want to gain hands-on classroom experience before starting teacher training?

We’re working with a number of welcoming and well-respected secondary schools across Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead & High Wycombe, and we’re looking for confident, motivated graduates to join us as Cover Supervisors.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
  • Gain invaluable experience across different subjects and year groups
  • Build confidence leading a classroom

This is the perfect stepping stone into teaching, educational psychology, youth work or pastoral roles.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree (any subject considered)
  • A passion for working with young people
  • Strong communication and classroom presence
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
