SEN Teacher - specialising in SEMH/ASC - full time. 

An alternative provision in Derbyshire are looking to appoint a Teacher to join them on a full time/flexible basis. The successful educator will have experience using a holistic approach to teach children/young people with SEMH or other needs such as; ASC, ADHD, PDA, attachment and trauma. We are looking for someone who has a calm approach and can act as a positive role model to pupils who have been permanently excluded, or who are at risk of permanent exclusion. The successful educator will have a good understanding of the barriers these children may face, working with them to create strategies and re-engage them with their learning. 

We are looking for someone who is free on a full time basis, but would also like to hear from educators seeking part time roles as we may be able to offer a job share option. 

  • SEN Teacher with QTS 
  • SEMH/ASC experience
  • Alternative provision

  • MPS + SEN allowance
  • Daily supply rate from £120+
  • Temp to Perm options

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
