Swadlincote KS1 Teacher - January 2019

Teaching Personnel are currently on the look out for a KS1 teacher who are available from January 2019. The School is located in the area of Swadlincote, DE12, and is situated in a particularly rural setting. The school requires a teacher that has access to their own transport or lives local to the school to ensure they are able to travel to the school in good time for the morning.

In particular the school are looking for a teacher who has experience in KS1 and are highly capable of controlling a whole class confidently. The teacher will also be required to have a positive attitude and be prepared to become fully involved in all the areas of the school.

Do you have the following skills/qualifications?

  • Experienced KS1 teacher
  • Strong ability in altering lesson plans and adapting to schools planning and marking criteria
  • Experience teaching a range of subjects confidently using a versatile and creative approach
  • DBS on the online update service
  • Up to date knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • Be willing to get involved in extra-curricular activities
  • Additional CPD such as safeguarding, team teach or autism awareness
