We are recruiting for full time Support workers to work with children, we can offer you either night shifts or day shifts (you will never need to work a mix of both). Our 52 week residential school caters for children who have Autism, Aspergers and Special Educational Needs. We ahve a school and several small care homes on site that provide individualised care for our young people. 

No experience is necessary, full training is provided, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in a childcare setting and progress your career. 

You will have great hours working a 2 week rota that gives you 5 days off on one of the weeks, so in a 14 day period you will only work 7 days. Hours are 8-8 on days or nights. (Nights are 4 on 4 off)

We have a great benefits package for staff including the chance to train in a Level 3 qualification. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing support within the residential home as well as classroom support
• Personal Care Support
• Supporting evening and weekend trips out
• Working alongside other staff to provide the best possible care
