Support Staff to work with Autism - Maidenhead

For the last 5 years we have been working in partnership with a provision in Maidenhead that caters for pupils with Autism and learning difficulties. They are looking for full time staff to join the team now and after October half term.

The provision supports primary and secondary children all of which hold an intervention plan specific to their individual needs. The role will require support staff to work with pupils 121 and in a class setting. Experience with Autism is desired but not essential as the provision will offer full training on how to deliver the reward based learning programmes and how to manage behaviour. They are looking for support staff who can commit to training, have a passion to support special needs pupils and wanting a career in education. Other skills required:

• Strong Behaviour Management Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Nurturing personality
