Teaching Personnel Plymouth is currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support a variety of welcoming and supportive schools across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for teachers seeking a better work-life balance while continuing to make a positive impact within education. Whether you are looking for full-time supply, part-time work, or selected days each week, we can offer opportunities that fit around your availability and preferences.
As a supply teacher, you have the freedom to choose when and where you work, allowing you to maintain flexibility while gaining valuable experience across different school settings and year groups.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Follow lesson plans and maintain classroom routines
- Adapt confidently to different school environments
- Create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Recent experience teaching within primary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- Passion for education and supporting pupil progress
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
