Supply Teacher - Prestwich

Are you a qualified teacher looking to decrease your work load? Are you seeking flexible work?

If so, Teaching Personnel are currently seeking applications from supply teachers who wish to join our team of successful supply teachers currently working around the Prestwich area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure supply teaching work in a number of well respected secondary schools around Prestwich and Bury on a temporary, flexible basis.

  • Flexible teaching opportunities within a local secondary school around Prestwich and Bury
  • Competitive daily rates (experience dependant and position undertaken)
  • Payment in line with MPS/UPS standards for long term positions
  • Must hold or be willing to apply for a DBS that is registered to the update service
  • Immediate guaranteed work available

As a supply teacher working for Teaching Personnel you can expect to gain regular, flexible work that is tailored around your availability and within secondary schools in your locality. This role is suitable for both NQTs and experienced teachers, but it is essential that you have recent experience of teaching 11-18 year olds in a secondary or further educational setting.

In addition to the flexible supply teaching positions that you will complete through us, opportunities for long or fixed term teaching positions will arise throughout the academic year.

To be considered for the position of supply teacher at Teaching Personnel, you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have recent experience of teaching 11-18 year olds
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of primary Teachers
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to cover set lessons where the work is pre-planned

If you would like to apply for this post as a supply teacher, please apply via the link below or send an updated CV to Chris Beckenham at Manchester North Secondary directly, alternatively call on the number provided for further information.
