Supply Teacher 

Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible supply work in the new academic year? 

Teaching Personnel are working with over 20 secondary schools in Central and South Manchester who are looking to expand their pool of local and reliable supply teachers.  

Successful supply teachers will be responsible for delivering work across a variety of subjects and abilities as and when required. Work will be pre prepared by the absent teacher and therefore no planning or marking will be required for this role.  

Providing 1:1 and small group support may also be required in addition to assisting in SEN and behaviour support. We are looking for resilient teachers with strong behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt to challenging situations. 

Once introduced to our client schools, Teaching Personnel are able to offer temporary to permanent contracts for any vacancies that our client schools may have. This would entail working on a temporary contract with a view of becoming permanent member of staff.  

Whether you are looking for 2 or 5 days flexible work a week, we can accommodate to your needs. Teachers of all subject area’s are encouraged to apply.  

Working through Teaching Personnel, candidates will have access to their own personal online diary allowing you to update your availability on a regular basis. In addition to our daily bookings, we also receive a number of pre-planned absences where we will be able to provide you with advanced notice of work allowing you plenty of time to prepare for the day ahead.
