Supply Teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to work in various schools within the Wakefield area to maintain our increasing need to cover on a day-today basis. The successful candidate will need to be available from September 2020 when ALL children return to school. We are looking to appoint a Supply Teacher with experience of teaching from Early Years to KS2. The successful candidate will be required to work 8.30am until 3.30pm on a day-to-day basis.

Pay rate – GBP120 - GBP180 per day (depending on experience)

The ideal Supply Teacher applicant will:

  • Have UK QTS or the overseas equivalent and are confident with working in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Be able to work from 1-5 days per week (flexible)
  • Have a clear knowledge and understanding of National Curriculum across all the Primary sector
  • Are committed, professional and are good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to take on a challenge teaching new students and enhancing their learning experience
  • Be approachable, engaging and encouraging to strengthen relationships with staff and students
  • Ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to

Who This Role Would Suit:

  • Newly-qualified teacher’s (NQT), looking to gain experience in multiple schools
  • Experienced Cover Supervisors
  • Fully-Qualified Teacher’s (FQT) ,looking for a new challenge or just simply looking for casual ad-hoc
  • Overseas Trained Teacher’s (OTT), with some experience of teaching in the UK
