Flexible Opportunities for supply teachers from September 2025
Location: Wigan, Warrington & Surrounding Areas
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: Competitive daily rates (MPS/UPS)
Contract: Full-time, part-time, and day-to-day roles available

Teaching Personnel are working with a range of schools across Wigan and Warrington seeking supply teachers, who ideally have experience supporting pupils with special educational needs (desirable but not essential). These flexible roles offer the opportunity to teach in both mainstream and SEN-focused settings, starting September 2025.

Key Details:

  • Teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in supportive and inclusive environments.
  • Support pupils with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH, or communication difficulties.
  • Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and school staff.

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • Confidence in managing different classroom settings.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
