Flexible Teaching work without addition responsibilities in the Waterlooville and surrounding area. We work to your availability!
Teaching Personnel works with a variety of secondary schools in the PO areas including Independent, Academy Trusts and Local Education Authority Schools. Often they are in need of supply teachers to cover classes in the absence of their usual teacher. Most commonly you would be required to cover sickness at short notice with the opportunity of being booked in advance to allow teachers to participate in training courses and fundamental meetings, course attendance and time away from the classroom. You will be required to cover a range of subjects as well as your specialist area.
That said, we are passionate about the value you can provide to our client schools and are determined to help you deliver this. We are also eager that you have an enjoyable and rewarding experience with us that sees you staying with Teaching Personnel for as long as your circumstances allow.
A variety of work opportunities will be given to you including subject specialist cover, General Cover and even exam invigilation and inclusion support. Schools can offer a variety of work for differing lengths of time, anything from a half day booking through to a year long maternity cover.
So what are the benefits of working in schools through Teaching Personnel?
-We like to think the biggest benefit you will receive from Teaching Personnel is work – as much work as you need! We also believe the vast choice and variety in the roles available will give you a better experience during your time with us.
-Get paid GBP100-GBP120 per day for cover bookings with no responsibility of pre preparing any lessons or marking paid on a weekly basis.
-An increase of pay if your cover should hold additional responsibilities such as planning, marking and parents evening attendance.
-Manage your own diary; you chose when you would like to work and the areas you would like to work in.
-Have the opportunity to cover paternity, maternity and long term sickness cover (rates of pay negotiated depending on the role, your skill and level of experience).
-Be enrolled into a pension scheme.
-Get paid via PAYE so no need to worry about paying to use umbrella companies.
-Access to FREE safeguard training as well as discounted training courses such as Team Teach, Autism Awareness, Prevent Training, and many more.
-You will have a dedicated and friendly consultant to support you throughout your employment with teaching personnel.
-Take holiday in school term time to benefit from savings on holidays.
-Every time you work ten days through Teaching Personnel you will receive an electronic TP Token by email. You can donate each TP Token to one of our five chosen charity pots. It’s up to you which charities you wish to support.
-myTP – Digital services that make your work admin and communication simple.
