Job Description: As a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you'll enjoy the freedom and variety of working flexibly across Plymouth's vibrant city. From covering short-term teacher absences to filling longer-term assignments, we welcome both experienced educators and newly qualified teachers eager to gain valuable classroom experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and impactful lessons across various subjects and age groups
- Uphold school policies and procedures to foster a positive learning environment
- Manage classroom dynamics and encourage respectful behaviour
- Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning needs
- Provide constructive feedback to regular classroom teachers on student progress and behaviour
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous teaching experience within the UK education system
- Flexible availability to accommodate day-to-day or longer-term assignments
- Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments and routines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
