Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a supply teacher to join one of our client schools to work across a range of secondary schools in the Manchester.
Throughout this role, you will work on a flexible basis to ensure that you are able to accommodate your working days to other commitments.
You will earn a salary between £130 and £150 per day.
If you are a teacher, seeking additional flexibility within your work, then this role will be ideal for you. Using the Teaching Personnel App, you will be able to provide your chosen availability working for up to 5 days a week. Teaching Personnel are currently working with over 95% of schools in Greater Manchester, meaning that it is highly likely that you will be offered work on your chosen days.
Throughout this role, you will be required to deliver pre-planned lessons to a high standard to ensure that the pupils are not disadvantaged by the absence of their regular classroom teacher. You will have no planning or marking responsibilities, but it is essential that you deliver the planned lessons to a high standard. Some of the schools that you will be working with will have challenging behaviour, so it is essential that you are confident within your behaviour management.
To be successful for this role, you will be required to provide a minimum of two employment-based references to ensure that the last two years of your work history is covered. You will also be required to apply for a fully enhanced child workforce DBS check to ensure that you do not have any criminal convictions that would prevent you from working within a UK school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
