Your Role as a Qualified Supply Teacher

You will play an essential part in maintaining high-quality learning across the school by:

• Teaching pre-planned lessons across various subjects (your specialist subject used where possible)
• Creating a positive, purposeful learning environment
• Ensuring behaviour expectations remain consistent and in line with school policy
• Offering academic support and pastoral encouragement where needed
• Working alongside teaching, pastoral and support teams to ensure smooth continuity for students
