Cover Supervisor / Supply Teacher – Secondary Schools
Location: Corby & Kettering
Pay: £100 – £160 per day

At Teaching Personnel, we are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Corby and Kettering.

We have a high volume of day-to-day bookings, meaning there are regular opportunities for flexible work each week. In addition, we also have a strong and consistent demand for long-term placements, allowing us to tailor opportunities to suit your preferences, availability, and career goals.

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Support students in their learning and maintain engagement
  • Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups

  • Experience working with young people (school-based experience preferred)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A confident and adaptable approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
