We are working with a range of vibrant, forward-thinking secondary schools across Daventry and the wider Northamptonshire area who are searching for confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and positivity
• Keeping students engaged, focused, and motivated
• Supporting a safe and productive learning environment
• Building strong relationships with students and staff

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence leading a classroom (experience with young people is ideal)
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude
• A passion for education and supporting young people
• A degree or relevant experience (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
