Job Title: Supply Teacher

Location: West Midlands, West Midlands, Birmingham

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £140 - £200 Per day

Qualifications: QTS

Skills: Teaching

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Adapt lesson plans provided by the school to meet the needs of the students
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and behaviour
  • Communicate effectively with school staff and parents regarding student performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

  • Prior experience in teaching or working with students

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
