Cover Supervisor – Andover

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre‑set lesson plans in the absence of the regular class teacher. You will manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and ensure students stay engaged in a structured and positive learning environment.

You’ll support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to also assist pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements.
