The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and create a positive, focused and structured learning environment for pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.

This role may also involve supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements, offering an opportunity to make a real difference in students’ educational journeys.

  • Have experience supporting students with SEN or additional needs
  • Possess strong communication skills and build positive relationships quickly
  • Are passionate about supporting and inspiring young people
