Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a large secondary academy in Andover to provide them with subject specialised secondary teachers to work within the school providing adhoc flexible cover, as well as long term supply contracts for up to a term at a time.
The school have a brilliant structure internally to aid supply teachers who are experienced as well as those who are new to working on a supply basis. This allows you to make the most of your time teaching your subject within the school as well as ensuring that the pupils make the majority of the time that you are their classroom teacher.
Working with Teaching Personnel offers you brilliant levels of pay for supply teaching in the area, between £110 and £130 per day with no additional responsibilities outside of the classroom, meaning you can make the most of your free time at home and reduce the additional stress that comes with secondary teaching.
