Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexible supply work across Dorset?

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout the Dorset area. Whether you specialise in EYFS, KS1, KS2, or are happy to teach across all key stages, we have opportunities to suit you.

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to gain experience in different school settings — whether you are looking for full-time consistency or part-time work to fit around other commitments.

The Role:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

  • Maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment

  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively

  • Adapting teaching to meet the needs of different learners

  • Working flexibly across a range of local primary schools

We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching within UK primary schools

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • A flexible, reliable and proactive approach

  • Teachers who are confident covering different year groups (or have a preferred key stage)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
