Year 3 Teacher | Full Time | Easter Start – July 2026

Ready to take on a rewarding Year 3 role for the summer term? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Y3 teacher to join a supportive primary setting from Easter through to the end of the academic year.

This is a full-time opportunity for a teacher who wants to step into a well-established class, deliver engaging lessons and make a meaningful impact during a key stage of pupils’ learning journey.


About the Role:

  • Full-time Year 3 class teacher

  • Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour

  • Use assessment effectively to support progress and attainment

  • Work closely with colleagues and families to ensure positive outcomes


We’re Looking For:

  • A teacher with strong understanding of the Y3 curriculum

  • Confident and consistent behaviour management skills

  • The ability to differentiate and support a range of learning needs

  • A positive, proactive and adaptable approach

  • QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)

This role would suit a teacher who enjoys structure, routine and building strong relationships across a full term. It’s a great opportunity to finish the academic year in a supportive environment while making a lasting difference in Year 3.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
