Cover Supervisor – Farnborough

Are you a recent university graduate, an aspiring teacher, or an unqualified educator looking to take your first steps into the classroom? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors in Farnborough to support local secondary schools, with roles available for an immediate start.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead classrooms in the absence of a teacher, delivering pre‑planned lessons and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning. You will manage behaviour in line with school policies and maintain a positive, productive, and well‑structured learning environment for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

You may also support students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements, making this a varied and highly rewarding role.

  • Have strong communication skills and build relationships quickly
  • Show a genuine passion for supporting young people
