Cover Supervisor – Farnborough

Immediate Start | Flexible, Full‑Time & Part‑Time Roles

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will take charge of lessons in the teacher’s absence, delivering pre‑planned work and ensuring students remain focused and engaged. You will manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and maintain a calm, structured, and effective learning environment for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

You may also support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
