Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools – Llanelli

Location: Llanelli, Carmarthenshire
Job Type: Supply / Term-Time Only
Start Date: Ongoing, with immediate placements available

Looking to gain valuable classroom experience while working around your schedule? We are hiring Cover Supervisors in Llanelli to support secondary schools with planned and emergency teacher cover. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, and professionals with experience working with teenagers.

Job Description:

  • Supervise lessons across a range of subjects using provided lesson plans

  • Maintain classroom order and promote positive behaviour

  • Support student engagement and help answer questions where appropriate

  • Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

Candidate Criteria:

  • A Level qualifications or higher (degree desirable)

  • Experience working with children or young people

  • A genuine interest in education and student development

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
