Have you ever thought about working in a school or becoming a teacher, but didn’t know where to start? This is your opportunity.

We work in partnership with a range of secondary schools across Daventry and Northampton, offering paid Cover Supervisor roles and clear progression routes into teacher training — even if you have no previous classroom experience.

This role is ideal if you are:

• Considering a career in teaching but want hands-on experience first

• A recent graduate or career changer

• Interested in working with young people and making a difference

• Confident, reliable, and keen to learn

• Exploring routes into teacher training (QTS/PGCE/School Direct)

No formal teaching qualification is required to get started!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
