Teaching Personnel work with a client school that provide education for students excluded from mainstream schools, or have medical needs such as social, emotional and mental health issues. Students range between 11 and 16 years olds and class sizes vary from 6 to 12, with a teacher and at least 1 teaching assistant in each class. We look for teaching assistants that have worked with students in a sporting capacity, or with vulnerable adults or children and can build trusting relationships with children at risk of exclusion and come from disadvantaged backgrounds.

In return, working on a supply basis/temporary contract with Teaching Personnel, will offer you the following benefits:
