Are you seeking work for after the half term?
If so, Teaching Personnel work closely with a Preston based School which provides support and education for KS3/4 pupils who have behavioural difficulties, SEMH difficulties and Special Educational Needs. The School is smaller than average and pupils in this School do often display very challenging behaviours. The School are in need of an experienced, strong, Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviours.
The candidate must be hard working, have experience supporting pupils who display challenging behaviours and be willing to work with pupils who often need a lot of emotional and academic support. The candidate must also have experience delivering Sports to a range of age groups.
The role will start after the half term and it is likely to be a full time role, although you may begin on an ad-hoc basis and therefore the candidate must be flexible and adaptable.
The successful candidate will benefit from:
* Negotiable pay rates £50.44 - 59 per day
* Long term position available
* Rewarding position supporting pupils with SEMH difficulties

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
