We are currently on the look out for several LSA's with a sports coach background looking to join our team as a Sports Learning Support Assistant within a local SEN school!
Location - Southend or local
Role Overview:
- Assist in the delivery of sports lessons and extracurricular activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may need additional help with skill development.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and inclusive sports programs.
- Support students with SEN and various disabilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working with SEN children (not essential but desirable)
- Hold a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
- Have the passion and drive to work with children - MUST
- A willingness to learn and grow in a supportive educational environment – MUST

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
