Sports Coach - Full time - Hounslow - September 2020

Are you an experienced sports coach? Do you have a background working with students in an educational setting - with a variety of abilities and special educational needs?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a full time sports coach to work within a large three form entry school in Hounslow. This full time role will consist of conduct sports sessions and after school clubs around a number of different sports and activities.

The role? 

This full time vacancy will be working as a sports coach across both KS1 and KS2 classes, providing sports sessions and after school activities. You will run sports sessions and activities from years 1 to 6, this will include running PE lessons and activities. You will run sessions on a daily basis consisting of football, basketball, netball, rugby & a range of other activities. This will include planning and preparing all sessions and equipment. 

You must have strong behaviour management skills and be prepared to work with students from a variety of abilities and skills, including those with special educational needs including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and many other needs.

The school?

This large three form entry school in Feltham have recently undergone a number of internal changes, seeing them amulgmating in to a joint primary school in 2019. With the new facilities and SLT structure they are looking to recruit staff to help develop their team in a number of different ways - including being able to progress in their career in a number of different ways. The Ofsted rated good school has seen an increase in students from a variety of backgrounds, those with special educational needs that require additional support. The schools ethos is to teach all students the importance of inclusion and understanding differences between cultures.
