Specialist Teaching Assistant Required in Lincoln!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to work full-time in schools across Lincoln.
Position Details:
- Role: Specialist Teaching Assistant
- Location: Lincoln
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
- Pay Rate: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist with classroom activities, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum.
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to help students overcome learning challenges.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN coordinators to develop learning strategies.
- Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring individual needs are met.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
