I am working alongside a Special Educational Needs school located in Milton Keynes that serves a wide ranging, urban catchment area and also receives students from other parts of the town. The school offers a strong and wide-ranging curriculum to suit the needs of all its students, regardless of their ability or background.
Built on a large and pleasant campus, with extensive green spaces for sport and recreation, the buildings house well equipped classrooms and other facilities. Development of new technologies is a priority, to make best use of the latest learning resources.
This particular school are looking for a committed and successful teaching assistant to work with students with a statement of Special Education Needs aged 4-17. The successful candidates will work alongside outstanding leadership and supportive staff to ensure the students continue to be offered the support needed.
To be considered for the position of Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant you must:
- Have some experience supporting children or adults with Special Educational Needs
- Have a genuine desire to improve the learning experience of young children
- A positive and nurturing attitude
- Available either Full or Part Time to start ASAP
