Are you looking for a position where you are given the opportunity to assist in young people's academic progress? Do you have previous experience working with children? Do you want to positively influence the lives of young people?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a special educational needs school that cater for young people with learning and physical difficulties in Emsworth. The school is seeking to recruit Teaching Assistants to help support the children with their learning and development. The school need people with an engaging personality and the ability to work with all ages and needs. In this role the successful candidate will be expected to use their initiative and get involved with the pupil's and their activities.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in working with Special Educational Needs and will have the knowledge and ability to manage challenging behaviour in a way which still produces positive outcomes. Having a relevant qualification such as a Teaching Assistant qualification, Health and Social Care, or Child Development degree will also enhance your application.

You will be required to work term time only, on a day to day basis. Trial days at the school are welcome, upon undergoing a vetting process.
