The school building itself is a wonderful Victorian building with large spacious classrooms and two sensory gardens, full double tennis court and plenty of parking for driving employees. The school has primary and secondary students and also has boarding facilities during the week.
The children:
The school works with students with additional needs across the spectrum of SEN, many students are autistic with classes split into verbal and non verbal. The school also works with children with moderate learning difficulties, some more complex needs and physical disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have:

- Understanding of autism and how to work with children with autism

- Recent safeguarding, child protection or Team Teach training is also desirable
- DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to complete a new one asap
