Are you finishing or recently completed your sociology degree and looking for a job where you can utilise your knowledge and kick start your career?

If you said YES, you could work as a Behaviour and learning support assistant in Ealing working with young people in alternative education while gaining invaluable experience collaborating with therapists and teachers.
We have an amazing working opportunity for keen sociology graduates looking to gain or develop on current experience with cognitive, social and emotional needs. We work closely with a primary to Post-16 level provision in Ealing for children and young people that have struggled to learn in mainstream schools due to a range of learning and social difficulties.

Having an understanding of how society can effect children and young people's development both socially and educationally is vital. The school are looking to appoint new 'Progress Leaders' who support the progress educationally and socially of pupils in an allocated class.
