Social Emotional Mental Health Support – Graduate Opportunity in Secondary School

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom and 1:1 support to students with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and emotional difficulties.
- Assist in developing students' emotional resilience, guiding them to engage positively with their education both socially and academically.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and the SEMH support team to create and implement individual support plans and interventions.
- Help students manage emotions and behaviors through structured activities, promoting a calm and inclusive learning environment.
- Regularly monitor student wellbeing, adapting strategies to ensure progress and provide feedback to the team.
