Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom and 1:1 support to students with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and emotional difficulties.
• Assist in developing students' emotional resilience, guiding them to engage positively with their education both socially and academically.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and the SEMH support team to create and implement individual support plans and interventions.
• Help students manage emotions and behaviors through structured activities, promoting a calm and inclusive learning environment.
• Regularly monitor student wellbeing, adapting strategies to ensure progress and provide feedback to the team.
