Senior Leadership Role – Primary School (Reading)
Start Date: April | Full-Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and inspirational Senior Leader to join a welcoming and ambitious primary school in the Reading area from April.
This role is ideal for a dedicated leader who is passionate about driving school improvement, supporting high-quality teaching and learning, and making a positive impact across the whole school.
The Role:
- Supporting the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school
- Working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team
- Leading on key areas of school development and improvement planning
- Monitoring teaching, learning and pupil progress to ensure high standards
- Inspiring, coaching and supporting staff at all levels
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced senior or middle leader within a primary school setting
- Holds QTS and has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Demonstrates proven leadership and management skills
- Has a clear vision for raising standards and improving outcomes for pupils
- Is collaborative, reflective and committed to inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
