SEND Teaching Assistant – Ripon

We’re looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bishop Auckland!

Key Details:

  • Location: Ripon

  • Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (Supply Contract)

  • Hours: Full time

  • Contract: Supply based

  • Start Date: 3 September 2025 (or as soon as possible thereafter)

Your role:

  • Supporting children with a range of special educational needs

  • Assisting in delivering tailored learning programs

  • Helping to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, ideally with SEND

  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

  • A commitment to helping every child succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
