Teaching Personnel are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to work within a specialist provision at a secondary school supporting students with a range of additional needs.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference to young people's lives by providing tailored support and high-quality teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes.
• Support students with EHCP targets.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, families and external agencies.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent.
• Experience working with SEND pupils.
• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
