Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a specialist school in Middlesbrough to recruit a personable and dedicated SEND Teacher for a small class group across Key Stage 3 and 4. The role will commence as soon as possible until the end of the academic year, however there is a strong potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. You will be working with students with Physical and Sensory impairments, as well as Autism.
The candidate will have a passion for improving life skills of students, and believe in the importance of improving their personal well being as working towards any appropriate qualifications that the school offers. You will have the support of a team of professional Teaching Assistants and Support Workers.
In this role, you could be earning up to £130 a day, however for a long term candidate a higher wage could be put into place. Registration with Teaching Personnel will also provide you with access to our unrivalled CPD opportunities including an upcoming Team Teach qualification!
