Job description

Become a Local SEN Tutor in BCP with TP Tutors Inspire. Support. Empower.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you live in Towcester, Daventry and Brackley? Join TP Tutors and help learners overcome barriers, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

We’re looking for patient, empathetic individuals with experience in education, youth work, or SEN support to deliver 1:1 or small group tuition in Maths, English, or other core subjects.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available)

 Location: Towcester, Daventry and Brackley – In-Person or Online

Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Deliver tailored, accessible lessons designed to meet each learner’s individual needs
  • Support students with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where learners feel understood and supported
  • Work in-person across BCP within the learners home or in the local community

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education, care, mentoring, etc.)
  • Confidence supporting primary or secondary-aged learners
  • Based in BCP and able to travel locally or teach online
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and reliable, with a genuine desire to help SEN learners thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
